George, 64, wore a grey suit without a tie, while Amal, 47, looked elegant in a black, off-the-shoulder dress. Meanwhile, Charles was dressed in a blue suit complete with a tie and matching lapel.
During the reception, George and Amal joined the monarch in mingling with the award winners and other supporters. The King moved around the room, chatting and laughing with guests before cutting a cake.
